To the Limbo sailors among us, is there anything to look for when buying a limbo?

Regarding Limbos and things to look for there is a load of good info on here if you have a dig around in the old posts: limboyachts.multiply.com/Because they are balsa core hulls it makes sense to check for soft patches. Really as Limbo's go, if it seems structurally sound then it's probably worth a go - as for this sort of money, on a road trailer, it still can do most of what a Ben 210-211 can do, but at a fraction of the cost. and you can race with the Mini Tonners!!

With regards Limbo issues definitely check allover for soft spots and deck flexing plus does the keel raising and locking system work?
