Southsea Marina has offered a deal elsewhere on the forum for MTC. Manager Rupert Bremer has a Limbo 7.7 - talk to him first.

Sorry to hijack this but do you need an endorsed irc cert for rtir? Bringing boat back from italy next may and thinking of stopping off on way home to do it bt boats never had irc cert.

If I have read the announcement correctly, RTIR will accept the new abbreviated/limited/restricted (whatever it's called) certificate which you can get cheap for one or two events per year. I'm sure that endorsed certs were never required for RTIR anyway. ISC own handicap system is also an option. Is this "Pio" that you are collecting? Richard

Its pio. Didnt really take long to make a decision when I saw her. Only got a sail on her once was meant to take her reaching two weeks ago but the boat had been taken out of the water when I got there. Going to leave her in italy to do a few, events And don't need her home till start of june so rtir would be a nice pit stop on the way
