Are the pupetters one designs classified as minis? I see 1 down on the home page. They would have been built during the Ior period and measure in at 22 foot. If they are then Dublin could possibly have a large mini ton fleet

As far as I know they are. The Irish puppeteer nationals are in Howth every year and there were 17 boats this year. On top of that there is a good eboat fleet in clontarf and skerries and they had 16 for their nationals this year. Add to that the odd mini tonner here and there and Dublin would have a very good fleet if we could get together and organise a nationals.

Yep, I'm not 100% sure if they rated IOR 16.5ft 'back in the day', but they are close enough in size and era now to be included and the more the merrier!

Theres a few sonatas over in dun laoghaire aswell and i think two limbos in bray. seems my thinking was right then that there could be a good size fleet to do an event in dublin in the next year or so.
