I bought and Intro 22 and just in the way of refurbish it. I'd like to receive some info concering the rigging elements, such as measurment of the mast and boom, particular for the sail such as mainsail, jib and genoa. The his anyone who is using spinnaker and also gennaker. The mast I have it is not the orginal, the measurement of mine are: I: 885 cm J: 280 cm P: 810 cm E: 225 cm
The name of my one it is Barsoon, located in Venice, Is made on wood and epoxy.
I'd like to make some regata (club), and if possibile in the area (IRC).
For your suggestions, please note that the Adritic see it is 'like a lake', light wind (from 3 till 8-10 kn usually, few time above 15..)
All suggestion are more than welcome, and thanks in advance for your help (and apologize for my poor English..I'm little but rusty..)

Hello Giorgio, Your English is very much better than my Italian! The rig measurements on my IRC Certificate are: P - 8.23m E - 2.38m J - 2.59m FL - 8.60m LL - 8.15m I also have an original brochure from when the boats were being built which shows measurements in Imperial (Feet & Inches - the UK had not adopted Metric measurement at that time): P - 27' 0" E - 7' 10" I - 27' 0" J - 8' 6" JC - 9' 0" (Spinnaker pole longer than J) Like yours, my boat 'Nitro' is plywood/epoxy. Hope this helps.

Dear Alan,
Thank so much for your reply. I'm sorry for the delay in asnwering to you. I didn't receive anu news from the forum concerning your mail, and saw it today just for chance.
The measurement your provided are more or less like the one I have for the mast and boom. My mast it is not the original, but this is not a problem thank to the measuremtne provided to me.
I'm looking to find information about the IRC certificate, or copy of them, in order to understand if the boat will be competitive in club regata, compared to similar size boat but more recent. Mu Intro has outboard engine (meaning the engine it is not in the boat, but outside it)
If you or other Intro 22 owner have IRC / Orc certificate can write the rating number and the type of certificate (if club or complete)?
Many thanks again to all of you for the information, and in short I'll send some picts of my Intro 22 called Barsoon.
All the best
Giorgio
